To be updated...How We Met
We completed our four year Physics degree together, but did not start dating until after convocation. We first met in second year, and spent the next three years determining whether or not the other was actually sane (you see, you can't just assume this when one voluntarily chooses to study physics). After surviving countless assignments, midterms, and final exams, we both had our eyes set on the prize: graduation! Rob was excited to move onto grad school and meet new people, and I was excited to drive off to Disney to meet her Prince Charming. Little did I know he was already in her life.
After flirting through exams and the summer months, Rob finally realized I was interested and asked me out for a first date on Canada Day (only 10 days before I left for Florida). While this might seem inopportune for many people, we made the most of it with phone and Skype conversations as well as amazing dates in Walt Disney World, Florida, Disneyland California, Key Largo... and Ontario.
Our year apart only brought us closer! Rob proposed January 2010, and we were married April 30, 2011. We are now living (and blogging) Happily Ever After!
