I'm still undecided on whether to sign up. Those who know me know that I do not run. When I was in shape I could swim 5K no problem, but to run it would be a challenge. Now, I'm not even in shape. So I've found this plan on the internet. It's called the "Couch to 5K Plan". It's a 9 week plan designed to get you from being an inactive couch potato to someone who can run 5K. I'm going to start the plan and see how it goes... if it goes well I might sign up!The race is January 9th 2009, so if you're going to be in the Orlando area, whether it's to work at Disney or for a vacation consider signing up! Maybe I'll see you there!

Honestly, It's a FAMILY run.
Once you continue on the couch to 5K you will realise how great it feels.
I get so motivated thinking about it and it's certianly a good challenge for all of us!
Believe me...I DON'T RUN and never have.
