The Time Has Come and You're Almost Here!

Below are a few hints and reminders to better prepare you for your arrival to the Walt Disney World® Resort. Be sure to print this email and review your arrival packet materials one last time to ensure you have everything you need!
Your Arrival Day: July 15, 2008...
The e-mail goes on to explain everything I need to bring, where I need to meet them, etc. The other e-mail explains that I should meet them at Vista, and how to get to Vista Way using Mears and other forms of transportation. It's really kind of funny that they keep sending that e-mail to make sure I'm ready to go to Disney, when they haven't even sent my arrival packet OR my visa. Fortunately, I know a couple of other people who haven't received their visa or package either, so I'm not the only one, and they didn't forget about me. I'm really hoping they both come soon, it would be a HUGE load off my mind. I phoned Disney on Monday to ask if the Visa was coming, but I haven't heard a response.... eek!
Still, I'm going to have a ton of fun because today (well, this weekend) is my Disney Send-Off Party! A whole bunch of my friends are coming up to Bruce County to camp in my mom's backyard and generally have a wonderful time! I still have to bake a cake... I'm hopefully going to be able to put the Disney castle on it... I'll post a picture if it turns out!
In other news, I'm already a requested Cast Member at Disney! Casey was working at the store when a guy came up to her and said "I know this is the most random stereotype...but do you know a Jenn L?", she thought it was hilarious and told him I wasn't coming down for a couple of weeks, still. Turns out it was Mike B, a Residence Manager from McMaster! How awesome that he managed to find Casey, probably the only person working there who would have had a clue who he was talking about. There's more Disney magic for ya!
